  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeded, And Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Lightly Toasted Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries or Cherries
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
