Today I have my friend Michelle Cady on the podcast to talk all things adrenal fatigue and self-care, plus how to not totally lose your mind or sh*t while starting a business and publishing her first book. Michelle has guest posted on the blog before with 20 ways to give yourself adrenal fatigue, and we also both have a really similar story of working in stressful careers after college, then switching to become wellness professionals, as they call them.
Michelle is a former finance executive turned wellness author and highly sought after integrative nutrition health coach. Her upcoming book,“Self-Care in the City”, (which we’ll talk more about in the episode) brings to life the core principles of her private coaching practice, where she teaches high achieving go-getters around the world to reach even greater levels of success through the incorporation of wellness practices into their daily lives. Michelle’s personal experience of recovering from adrenal fatigue and burnout influences her coaching and focus on nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
