They are like mini balls of magic, energy, and sweetness. I love the dates add as they add a natural sweetness and help hold the bites together. The combination of oats and nuts provide a blend of clean energy, omegas, protein, and fiber. Pack the bites in plastic baggies and store them in the freezer for a quick, ready made snack.

Ingredients

  • 20 dates, pitted and soaked
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
